I wanna take a ride on your disco stickDevil's Love Game trotted eloquently into the land of her new claimers only to meet another mare, one a lot more shy that herself, but oh well, all will be taken care of in time. Right now she had other things on her mind. She shook her silvery grey pelt to rid it of the dust and dirt that had accumulated there as she traveled with Vee. The entire time she had traveled her banner was held high with pride. So, this is my new home huh? Not bad, at least there's a lot of trees. She thought to herself, wondering when the stallion would show up.Let's have some fun, this beat is sick

Heaven's Mist had entered the forested land a while ago, but she didn't mind waiting, in fact it had given her some time to rest. She was quite shocked when she saw another grey Arabian mare entering the land. She took a few steps back away from her, but the other mare didn't seem to notice. So, I'm not alone with a stallion, oh well, that just takes the attention off of me. She thought quietly to herself, she wasn't the time to just come out and start talking to you or anything, but she did make herself known once in awhile. |

So this is how it was going to be, two fems appear at the same time? Well, i can deal with that.
Darkness prevailed, Vee strode proudly into his home. New beings awaited his coming. He was lurking in the darkness, observing them. Two beautiful arabians, like himself. One moment more elapsed before he left the shadows and made his presence known.
His dark hooves lifted gently off the ground, making little noise in doing so. The distance between himself and the two mares was being closed. Once he was close enough he circled them once, stopping in front of them both.
He bowed, flicked his dark forelock from his optics and spoke.
My my, what have we here?
And as always, a hiss followed his speech.
This was a very fine following indeed.

Lodeme smiled seductively as she watched Vee approach them, her high held tail flicking around lazily. What does it look like? Her words were as sweet as honey, and as smooth as silk as the rolled off of her tongue. Her deep, dark pools glinting in the light that fell through the trees. I wonder what this so called herd is suposed to be like. I hope it's not just the three of us. The thought crossed her mind in an instant, and in that instant she became aware of only three horses in the entire land.

Mist's auds perked, and she turned her cranium when she heard another equine. This must be the one that claimed us. She didn't know why but she had a bad feeling about this place. There's too many places to hide. The thought of all of the beasts that might be lerking near by made Mist's pelt shiver, and that was no easy thing to hide when you have a grey pelt.

you're being foolish if you don't think i can use sarcasm to.
Imediatly after hearing Lodeme's remark Vee pinned his ears back and snarled. He was irritated by mares with attitudes, almost to the point of no tolerance. He was sure she was hiding a few tricks up her sleeve, but nothing he couldn't deal with.
Then, his orbs focused upon the other mare, she seemed sweet, too sweet for a neutral even. That could change with time though, but for now he would attempt to make her feel at ease with this place.
He still couldn't set his mind off of the sarcasm of Lodeme.
As stated before, I'm Vee, Ruler of this place.
and to make sure he was absolutely clear,
and i don't take nicely to snobby mares.
The silence seemed to echo after his words escaped.

Lodeme snorted and tossed her cranium when she heard Vee's words. Snobby huh? Humph, we'll see. The thought was like poison in her mind. Her auds pinned and her banner raised she turned and calmly walked away from the two equines. If he wants snobby, fine. I'll give him snobby. The thought made her smile with malice. What was he going to do about her attitude huh? Scold her? What good would that do?

Mist took a step back when the stallion pinned his auds and snarled. She didn't want to get in the way if he was going to attack someone. She nodded at his words, and watched quietly as the other mare walked off with her banner and her cranium held high. My name is Heaven's Mist. She stated softly, she couldn't help but he shy, it was who she was...at least till she got to know someone.

Vee knew that Londeme was going to tough to handle from here on out, perhaps he should go talk to her. Although he figured it would be pointless. The other mare, Mist, she was deffinatly winning him over her. He felt, "I'll treat you, how you treat me.", which is the golden rule, in reverse. Backwards, that was just his style.
Once Mist told him her name he smiled, then made a slight bow.
Thank you for coming to stay here m'dear, it is my honor
He wasn't lying there, not in the least bit.
After speaking he looked over Mist's shoulder to the other mare. Almost tempted to follow her into the darkness. that would only provoke things further he thought to himself.

Lodeme's auds swivled around and listened in on the other horses conversation. She might have been a silvery grey, but she was well hidden in the darkness of the trees. So, you prefer the quiet type huh? Then I shouldn't be here. An evil smirk crossed her maw as the thought passed through her mind. Maybe I should just...disappear...for a little. Oh what would you do then Vee? Don't ask me why she talks to herself, she just does. With those words said, she trotted off further into the darkness, exploring her new home.

Mist watched the stallion, he seemed a little distracted to her, but then again, most equines did when they were faced with a quiet mare like Mist. This is a lovely place you have here Vee.
Wow...did she just complement someone? Maybe she likes you Vee, what are you going to do if she does? Let's watch and see.
Mist smiled, it was small, but it was there. He seems nice. The thought crossed her mind almost without her knowing it. Her grey banner flicked around her rump, riding it of pests.

If Londeme thought he would chase after her like some crazy hormone crazed stallion, she was sadly mistaken. He watched her lurk into the shadows, slightly worried he offended her, but not enough to really take action on it. His focus was now upon Mist.
He listened intently to her speech before becoming almost proud of what he had. she likes my home? who could blame her? He wasn't arrogant or anything like that now. Just proud.
He looked around at his home, observing it.
he spoke in a hushed, mysterious tone of voice.
Why, thank you...
I hope it suits you well.
He could see her coming out of her shell.

Mist blushed a little but quickly hid it by scraching her cheek with a hoof. Your welcome, and it does, thank you. Her voice was quiet, but not as quiet as before. Maybe it would be ok if I wasn't like this. It seems safe here. Her eyes sorta misted over as she continued to think about what she should do about herself, and this new place.

Vee raised his cranium up a little above normal while listening to her speak. He paused for a moment before replying.
the silence thickened but then was broken.
may i show you around?
He wasn't really sure himself what was here, he claimed and then imeadiatly went to the homeless grounds.

Mist watched Vee carefully, she didn't want to be suprised by anything that he might try to do to her. Please do. She nodded politely to his words and lifted her head a little higher than normal, and waited patiently for him to begin showing her around her new home.

He turned around, but waited for her to follow him. He began to walk forward, towards the entrance, but since he had already seen that and sure she had to he instead took a left. This was new territory for him as well as her.
He came upon a little clearing, the setting sun still barely illuminated it. It was beautiful, and in it's most intense form. He made way for her to enter.
Ladies first
he insisted.

Mist smiled and quickly followed after Vee, she didn't know how long they had been walking, but she did remember that they were heading towards the enterance to the lands, then they turned, and now they had aproached a little clearing. She smiled and nodded when she heard Vee's words. He's so polite. It wasn't often that you found such a gentleman, especially when he had two mares to pick from, herself, and that pretty mare she had yet to learn the name of. That's right, she doesn't think to much of herself, but that can all change with the right words and actions. She slowly, and cautiously walked into the little clearing. As soon as she entered it, she was aww struck. It was beautiful.

He then followed her into the clearing, looking around himself. There was just enough gloom hanging in the air that it was tolerable for him. He hated all things obnoxiously bright, sunshiny, and happy. Who are they trying to kid?
He remained quite a moment longer, listening. do my ears hear correctly? He looked to his left and noticed that a stream ran through the clearing.
But first.

Mist looked around the clearing, it was dark, but not too dark. It's wonderful Vee. Her voice was unusually loud compared to her normal, little, shy voice.
Maybe she was coming out of her shell. Who knows? I guess we will just have to wait and see.
Mists auds were like pillers standing erect and taking in everything. They twitched slightly when she heard a strange noise, and she turned her cranium towards Vee for conformation of what she heard.
