A svelt form moved at a steady walk as long limbs pulled the red dun overo mare along. A soft snort escaped her nares as she pulled to a sudden halt, azure orbs flicking around the area. This was the right place right? The mare snorted again, flicking her ebony banner over her crimson haunches calmly. She lifted her dial and opened her maw, dull ivories glinted once before a long, clear neigh was released. Well, either way she was done traveling for now. What had even possessed her to settle down? Most horses wanted a large herd and she didn't like those large herds, of course she really just hated attention too. Such a strange young mare. Very strange for having only recently obtained her fourth year of living. Oh well, she was Starcatcher and that was all she needd to know.[/size]

He didn't know how long it had been since he had a mare in his lands. One had come, but now it seems that she had left him like the rest have. But here he is, still trying, still hoping. All he wants is a small family he can share stories, and make memories with. It's hard on a stallion when mares come and go without a word. Most would have gone crazy or have given up by now, but not him, he's still trying, one mare at a time.
He shook the light layer of snow from his albino coat, not that it made much difference in appearence, and continued to trot around the land that he called home. His albino auds perked when he heard a clear neigh. A breif smile crossed his pink maw before quickly vanishing. He picked up his gait into an elgent canter, and headed towards the source of the beautiful sound. He gracefully slowed to a stop near the beautiful form of a red dun overo mare. Welcome to Sentia madam. I am Avalanche's Victim, but please, call me Avalanche. Um....may I inquire as to how your trip was? He bowed low as he spoke to the mare, his pink maw almost touching the snow covered ground. This must be Starcatcher, the mare that I had claimed...boy...I hope I can make a good impression. No one could blame him for being nervous, after all, this is the first time he had ever seen this mare, and he didn't want her to leave like all of the rest had.
