Homeless Rules
*Darks may claim other darks as well as neutrals through just plain claim, BUT they may claim lights as well if they force claim, along with neutrals and darks.
*A stallion may claim only one mare/foal/whatever in a post and leave the other to find a different suitor.
*A stallion may visit the homeless grounds only ONCE a day.
